Migrainy Fridays

After a fun afternoon shopping, a great Bear show, an entertaining Bard show and a social night at the fringe courtyard, I had to cut my plans short. Another stupid migraine took over my plans. It's my own darn fault. I really didn't eat much... and haven't been sleeping much... so I was kinda asking for it.

I did finally see a show! Two, in fact. G-Men Defectives was great fun. Domville and Besharah have some great comedic timing together. The concept needs a bit of work, their energy onstage is so much fun to watch. I was going to see So Close To My Skin last night, but I was reminded that the show is going to Toronto as well, so I'll wait until then. I'm looking forward to it though... Pierre Simpson is dreamy. Um, as an actor I mean.

I also saw the Brown Bag Bards. The shows, venue and performances were great. This is a company to keep your eye on. The shows were good last night, but I have a feeling that a whole summer of performances will really get this troupe kicking some bard butt.

Today, I plan to see Pentacostal Wisconsin.
I doubt I'll have time for anything else today, what with a Zombies show and Bear show.
Hopefully I won't be a migrainy-cranky-pants either.
