Natalie Joy's Musings

You'll see it here first... the poster!

What I have been doing for the past two weeks:

- Changing dirty diapers.
- Helping Stewart sew a piece of material 6metres wide X 13 metres long.
- Creating funny walks in a pair of high heels.
- Cleaning out my kitchen cupboards.
- Not falling asleep until 2 or 3 am.
- Still waking up around 7 or 8 am.
- Comparing The Trial to Prague.
- Deciding whether the man should wear his tutu under his chest or near his knees.
- Reading Andorra, The Old Poet, The Pillowman.
- Creating sexy sirens.
- Avoiding going to the post office to pick up a parcel.
- Coming up with cue words like "pamplemousse".
- Avoiding giving too much phallic importance to a post.
- Feeling like I'm going insane.
- Feeling like I'm doing the right thing.
- Feeling like I don't know what's right anymore.

2 weeks, 1 day until opening night... can you tell?

Here's the shameless self-promotion again:

Mouchoir de nuages by Tristan Tzara
March 21st to the 25th March 28th to April 1st
8pm
l'Espace René-Provost
39 rue Leduc, Gatineau (secteur Hull)
tickets are 15$, 10$ for students and seniors.

I have a few comps, so don't hesitate to ask for one if you need it. I do hope you all can make it, not because "You Have to see my show!" but because I could really use outside opinions of audience members. Academic opinion has its own importance, but a fresh pair of eyes without any expectations is also incredibly important to me.

Here's a map of the venue location, in case you don't know where it is. It's about a 35 minute walk from downtown, most of the STO busses get you in that area and it's around 10$ to cab it there.
